TITLE: Software Developers: 01

DUTIES:
Business Process Analysis: Collaborate closely with diverse business units to analyze current processes, pinpoint integration prospects, and advocate for robust, scalable, and seamless integration solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite.
Integration Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, driving efficiency and productivity, SAP best practices and product roadmap.
Integration Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and design integration solutions that meet business needs while ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.
SAP BTP Integration Architecture: Design and implement a scalable and robust integration architecture, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time information exchange across SAP modules and other enterprise systems.
Data Mapping and Transformation: Oversee data mapping and transformation processes to ensure accurate data exchange and consistency across integrated systems.
Testing and Validation: Plan and execute comprehensive testing of integration solutions to ensure they meet functional requirements and adhere to quality standards.
Team Development and Mentorship: Establish and lead a high-performing integration team, offering guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster their growth and success.
Backlog/Change Management: Proactively manage the backlog of change requests, overseeing the entire process from initial intake, estimation, and prioritization to final delivery.
Issue Resolution and Support: Resolve integration-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer timely support to minimize business disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive process documentation, including integration specifications, process flows, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for administrators, end-users and stakeholders as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software or Computer Engineering, or related discipline, +5 years of progressive experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Process Orchestration (SAP-PI/PO), SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Field Service Management (FSM), SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Success Factors Employee Central, SAP Ariba, SAP Activate Project Methodology, etc.
